These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pristine Peptide website and your purchase of products from Pristine Peptide ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Pristine Peptide are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals. Our products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, including diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or household purposes. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they may not be misbranded, misused, or mislabeled as such. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes, that you have the training and knowledge to handle research compounds safely, and that you will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their storage, handling, use, and disposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use this site or place an order. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.
• Quantity discounts ("Bundle & Save") are computed on eligible items as displayed in the cart; discount codes do not combine with quantity discounts.
• Product availability, specifications, and batch documentation (including Certificates of Analysis) are provided for research reference and may change between batches.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect are intended for non-research use or resale contrary to these Terms.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our checkout and paid on our dedicated secure payment page. Payment methods currently include card payment and Zelle. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website; payment details are handled by our payment processor. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

5. Shipping

We ship from Florida, USA. Orders placed before 2PM ET are typically processed the same business day. Shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, except as covered by our damage-protection policy.

6. Returns and replacements

Because of the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Verified transit damage is covered by a one-time replacement under our Damage Protection Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Referral partner program

Participation in our referral partner program is subject to the program description on our Affiliates page and any additional terms presented in the partner portal. We may modify commission structures prospectively, and may withhold or reverse referral credit for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred orders, or suspend partners engaged in misleading promotion.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Pristine Peptide and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them except as needed to browse and order from the site.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS DESCRIBE THE TESTED BATCH AND ARE NOT A WARRANTY OF SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR RESEARCH APPLICATION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRISTINE PEPTIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM MISUSE OF PRODUCTS CONTRARY TO THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pristine Peptide and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use, handling, storage, or disposal of products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
